HOW TO USE

Step 1. After washing your face, dispense an appropriate amount of SKIN1004 Madagascar Centella Tonning Toner onto a cotton pad.

Step 3. Alternatively, dispense a small amount of toner onto your hand and apply it evenly to your face.
