A. IMGORGEOUS is a LONDON, UK based company. 
Our warehouse is located in WARWICKSHIRE UK.
We do not have a off-line store yet.

Q. Can I change my order?

A. Please contact us as soon as possible for a cancellation request.
This will depend on whether or not the parcel has left the warehouse.

Q. Can I exchange my order?

A. Please return the item you have first.
And once the return is accepted by our team, place a new order for the new item.

Q. How do I refund an item?

If you are unhappy with your purchase, you can request a retun within 14 days of receipt.
We will let you know once we’ve received and inspected your return. And we will notify you whether the refund was accepted or not.
If accepted, this will be automatically refunded to your original payment method.

The refund payment can take some time depending on your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Please Note:
Items MUST be returned in saleable condition, unopened with all packaging and seals in tact.

For hygiene reasons we can not accept return of any opened or used products. Also items bought on sale cannot be refunded.

Q. Will I receive my postage costs back if I return the items for a refund?

A. Unfortunately not.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the items.
The shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend you using a tracked shipping method as we cannot process the refund if we haven't received the returned item.

Q. How long does it take to receive a refund?

A. You should receive your refund within 10 working days.

Q. I have experienced a reaction to a product. Can I send it back or get a refund?

Always ensure you read the labels for ingredients and directions of use for our products to prevent an allergic reaction.
We highly recommend doing a patch test on a wrist or behind the ear to avoid any skin reaction on your face.
If you suffer an adverse reaction, please stop using the product immediately and contact us.
Please be aware that in both instances we cannot accept responsibility and we will not issue a refund.

We may refer you to the manufacturer, requesting that you deal with them directly.
But we will do our best to solve your problem as efficiently as possible.
