Affiliate Programme Terms and Conditions


Purpose
By expressing your interest in joining the I'M GORGEOUS Affiliate Programme, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions.


Eligibility
"Affiliates from all categories are welcome to apply for the Programme.
To qualify, you must have an active account on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, or YouTube. Then I'M GORGEOUS team will review your application and evaluate your social media presence and engagement metrics to determine eligibility.
The decision regarding eligibility rests with I'M GORGEOUS and cannot be challenged or appealed.

Please note that you cannot be a member of the I'M GORGEOUS Affiliate Programme and participate in other affiliate programmes offered by I'M GORGEOUS simultaneously. Once you connect a social media channel to a I'M GORGEOUS affiliate programme, it cannot be associated with any other affiliate accounts. You may reapply using the same Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube account if your application is declined, but a waiting period of 3 months will be required."

General Programme Participation
Your participation in the Programme and the use of your Referral Code constitute your agreement to these Terms & Conditions and I'M GORGEOUS' decisions and interpretations. I'M GORGEOUS decisions are final and binding on all matters related to the Programme.


Membership
Once your application is approved, you cannot change or remove your connected social media accounts. If you need to make any amendments or request the removal of connected accounts, please contact I'M GORGEOUS Team at hey@imgorgeousstore.com.


Referral Code
During the application process, you have the opportunity to create a personalized Referral Code. Your customized Referral Code must be between 7 and 12 characters long, combining capital letters and Arabic numerals.
However, please refrain from customizing or promoting your Referral Code in a way that may impersonate or falsely claim association with a third party. I'M GORGEOUS will automatically deactivate Referral Codes that resemble existing Referral Codes belonging to other parties. Additionally, I'M GORGEOUS reserves the right to deactivate new customized Referral Codes if they are deemed inappropriate or objectionable.

Referral
Both new and returning customers can redeem Referral Codes, entitling them to a 10% discount on their purchases. As an affiliate, you can earn up to 10% commission on successful referrals.
For new customers and returning customers who utilize a Referral Code and click on a Referral Link, you will receive a commission (start-up commission is 5%) based on the sale.

Commission / Payment
Commission will be granted once the referred order is fulfilled. Cash-out payments will be delivered by the end of each month (or 30days after the purchase) in GBP via paypal, with no additional service fees deducted.
Please note that a PayPal account used for Cash-out purposes can only be linked to one (1) I'M GORGEOUS Affiliate account. In the event of disputes related to Commission or cash-out payments, I'M GORGEOUS retains the final decision-making authority. The following details pertain to cash-outs in the Affiliate Programme.


General promotional restrictions

  1. Each influencer is limited to having only one I'M GORGEOUS Affiliate account. Any additional influencer accounts and their corresponding Referral Codes owned by the same influencer will be deactivated.
  2. You are permitted to share your Referral Code on your personal blog or personal social media accounts (such as Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.), subject to the terms and conditions of those platforms. However, your social media profile must not include any avatar or content that could be construed as managed by, related to, or associated with I'M GORGEOUS
  3. Your social media account username and Referral Code must not contain or resemble the phrase "I'M GORGEOUS." Additionally, your Rewards Code cannot include any existing or previous I'M GORGEOUS promotions or coupon codes.
  4. Customizing your Referral Code to match your social media account usernames is not allowed. Likewise, changing your social media account usernames to match your Referral Code is prohibited.
  5. Influencers are only allowed to promote their Referral Code using one social media account per platform. Using multiple accounts on the same social media platform to promote a single Referral Code is not permitted.
  6. Your social media account username must not include or resemble the phrase "I'M GORGEOUS." Furthermore, customizing your Referral Code to match your social media account usernames is not allowed. Conversely, renaming your social media account usernames to match your Referral Code is also prohibited.
  7. It is strictly forbidden to post your Referral Code on any official I'M GORGEOUS social media accounts or the I'M GORGEOUS website (such as in reviews, social media comments, etc.) with the intention of generating Commission. Posting comments on official I'M GORGEOUS social media accounts or the I'M GORGEOUS website that could be interpreted as promoting or redirecting users to other online locations (such as websites or social media accounts or pages) featuring or distributing your Referral Code is also prohibited.
  8. You are not allowed to post your Referral Code or comments that promote or distribute your Referral Code on any social media accounts or websites owned or operated by entities affiliated with I'M GORGEOUS, including but not limited to influencers or other entities participating in the Programme.
  9. Your blog, website, or social media pages must not resemble I'M GORGEOUS' website or contain any content that implies an affiliation with I'M GORGEOUS.
  10. Sending emails with your Referral Code using your personal email address is acceptable. However, the emails must not appear as if they are being sent or sponsored by I'M GORGEOUS.
  11. You may not create or use any client-side application (such as a browser plugin, extension, or executable) on any device that suggests an affiliation with I'M GORGEOUS.
  12. I'M GORGEOUS reserves the right to promptly cancel your Commission and/or suspend your Referral Code if fraudulent promotions or other misconduct, as outlined in these Terms and Conditions, are identified or suspected.



I'M GORGEOUS Influencer Sponsorship:

I'M GORGEOUS aims to collaborate with exceptional influencers through giveaways, product reviews, or coupons sponsored by I'M GORGEOUS. The performance of influencers will be regularly evaluated by the I'M GORGEOUS Team, and selected influencers will be notified of collaboration opportunities.
Upon completion of 6 months in the approved affiliate role, I'M GORGOEUS will assess the influencer's performance. If the influencer achieves satisfactory results, I'M GORGOEUS may offer a 10% commission. However, if the influencer's performance falls below 5 referrals per month, I'M GORGOEUS reserves the right to deactivate the affiliate's account.

I'M GORGEOUS Sponsored Products:

Occasionally, I'M GORGEOUS may provide influencers with complimentary products ("Sponsored Products") in exchange for promotional considerations (as defined below).
Influencers who participate and receive Sponsored Products must create content ("Content") or, as specified or required by I'M GORGEOUS, engage in promotional activities featuring the Sponsored Products on their registered Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube channels. Influencers are required to submit links as evidence of the Content through our email at hey@imgorgeousstore.com.
Only links to content on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, or YouTube will be considered valid proof of Content. Links to other platforms or content on different social media channels will not be accepted for the purpose of this programme.


Sponsored Products are offered on a first-come, first-served basis and are available while supplies last. Only the product option explicitly marked as "free" qualifies as a Sponsored Product. Alternative options are not considered Sponsored Products and will not be provided free of charge.


Influencers can claim Sponsored Products during the specified time period announced on the I'M GORGOEUS Influencer page of our website. Each influencer may request only ONE (1) Sponsored Product per calendar month.
If an influencer claims a Sponsored Product and the same product is offered again at a later date, the influencer is prohibited from claiming the product for a second time. Each specific Sponsored Product may only be requested once.
When an influencer adds a Sponsored Product to their Shopping Bag, the item's sale price will automatically be adjusted to "free" if the item is still available.

Due to limited supplies of Sponsored Products, requests for reshipment will not be accommodated under any circumstances.
If the supplies of a Sponsored Product are depleted or the promotion period ends, the item price will automatically revert to the regular price without prior notice. In such cases, if a Sponsored Product is already in the Shopping Bag, it will be automatically removed.


Sponsored Products are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed or resold for cash or I'M GORGEOUS Credit. Requests to modify or cancel existing orders to include a Sponsored Product will not be entertained. If an influencer has already placed an order, a Sponsored Product cannot be added to it.
Influencers are permitted to use their own referral code when making a purchase on IMGORGEOUSSTORE.COM However, the referral code will not be counted as a referral commission.


A Sponsored Product can be claimed with a minimum purchase of £30 on the www.imgorgeousstore.com website. Influencers will receive a sponsored product discount code that will be automatically adjusted to "free." (Please note that this sponsored product discount code changes every month and can only be used once.)
Influencers who accumulate five (5) referrals within a calendar month will automatically receive one (1) sponsored product. I'M GORGEOUS will send the sponsored product to the address provided by the influencers.

Collection and Use of Content:

When I'M GORGEOUS Influencers create Content for their social media channels or directly submit Content to I'M GORGEOUS, it may be collected by I'M GORGEOUS for various purposes, including marketing. This Content may include YouTube or TikTok videos, Instagram posts, or other social media posts containing text, images, video, and post data created by the Influencer. Such Content may mention I'M GORGEOUS as a sponsor or partner, use I'M GORGEOUS in hashtags (e.g., #imgorgeousuk or #imgorgeousstore), or feature Sponsored Products or other products received from I'M GORGEOUS as part of the Programme. When posting or creating Content related to I'M GORGEOUS Sponsored products and gifts, please use the words "Sponsored Product" or "Gifted."

As a I'M GORGEOUS Influencer and upon joining the Programme, you grant I'M GORGEOUS a non-exclusive and irrevocable right to collect your Content from social media channels and the I'M GORGEOUS website for marketing, promotional, or analysis purposes. Additionally, you agree to grant I'M GORGEOUS' business partners a non-exclusive and irrevocable right to publish your Content for marketing, promotional, or analysis purposes. It's important to note that granting these rights does not guarantee the publication of any specific Content by I'M GORGEOUS or its business partners. The use or publication of your Content is solely at the discretion of I'M GORGEOUS and its business partners.

If you do not agree to the collection and use of your Content, you have the option to inform the I'M GORGEOUS Team and choose to withdraw from the Programme at any time.

Membership and Status Suspension and Banning:

Influencers will be banned from the Programme if they create content featuring I'M GORGEOUS products or the I'M GORGEOUS brand name that includes any of the following:

Curses, obscenities, or profanity
Racist or discriminatory content
Sexual content, including nudity or sexually explicit images or videos
Comments that respond to or copy content created by other influencers or content creators
Spam content
Off-topic discussions
Influencers will automatically be banned from the Programme if I'M GORGOEUS determines that they have caused brand damage by posting and spreading inappropriate content, as described above, through comments or private messages on any social media channels. Additionally, if an influencer conducts themselves in a manner that could be seen as bringing disrepute to I'M GORGOEUS, they may also face automatic banning.

Influencers will face suspension from claiming Sponsored Products if they request more than one (1) Sponsored Product in a calendar month.

When claiming Sponsored Products, Influencers will be allowed to receive up to TWO (2) Sponsored Products without providing proof of Content. However, if an Influencer receives two Sponsored Products without submitting proof of Content, they will be suspended from claiming any additional Sponsored Products until proof of Content is submitted via email at hey@imgorgeousstore.com.

If an influencer resells a Sponsored Product to a third party or intentionally submits incorrect or invalid proof of Content after claiming Sponsored Products, they will be banned from the Program.

I'M GORGEOUS reserves the right to void Commissions, suspend or ban Influencers, and/or revoke I'M GORGEOUS membership (including "I'M GORGEOUS influencer" status) if any fraudulent activity, abuse, or conduct, as outlined above, is detected or suspected.


Continuation or Transfer of the Programme:

You acknowledge and agree that I'M GORGEOUS has the sole discretion to transfer, assign, or hand over (referred to as "Transfer") the Programme and/or any part of its underlying interest and rights (including your eligibility, participation, membership in the Programme, and related content) to another affiliate within the same group structure as I'M GORGEOUS.

I'M GORGEOUS will provide advance notice of the Transfer to its influencers, including any new Terms & Conditions that may apply. If you do not agree to the Transfer and/or the new Terms & Conditions, you have the option to inform I'M GORGEOUS within the specified timeframe and choose to withdraw from the Program. Otherwise, all eligible influencers will be automatically enrolled in the new Programme according to the then-applicable Terms & Conditions.

Liability Disclaimer:

By requesting to join the Programme, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

Only I'M GORGEOUS affiliate accounts that have been verified with an email address and social media profile can be associated with the Programme. Once enrolled in the Programme, you will not be eligible to join any other affiliate platforms. If any fraudulent activity or abuse is detected or suspected, I'M GORGEOUS reserves the right to void Commissions, disqualify I'M GORGEOUS Influencer membership, and, in extreme cases, take legal action.

I'M GORGEOUS reserves the right to terminate, discontinue, modify, or cancel the Programme at any time, at its sole discretion, without notice to you. However, I'M GORGEOUS will make reasonable efforts to notify members of any such changes. Any changes or modifications will be effective immediately upon public posting of the revised Terms & Conditions.

In the event of any disputes regarding these Terms & Conditions, I'M GORGEOUS' decision is final.

I'M GORGEOUS reserves the right to make changes to its Terms & Conditions at any time. It is recommended that you periodically visit this website for updates and details.
